Very nice post. I did sign up for Invoicera.com few days back. The application is good and has unique features. After reading this post I did try some applications but they lacked some feature or the other. But the list is awesome and very helpful.

I am a big fan of CurdBee when it comes to Invoicing as they do what they promise really well – Invoicing. Besides I really appreciate the fact that their free account doesn’t have any restrictions on number of invoices you can send or clients you can manage compared to most of the other apps mentioned in the above list.

Wow, good to see more services. I personally prefer Zoho Invoice, it has many features like custom templates, recurring invoices and multi currency invoices. The best part is the free plan where I can send 5 invoices for free, it really helps me a lot.

I started using Billing Boss a while ago and love it. I used others before but they had too many features, and it took me a while to get used to the program. Plus, other programs only allow you to create limited invoices for limited customers, while I can currently create unlimited invoices for unlimited customers with Billing Boss for free. It is pretty simple, and I don’t have to spend as much time on my invoicing – which is kind of a drag.

They recently released a mobile payment option so I’ve been collecting payments from my clients when I meet up with them. I just started using it, and I’m kind of relieved I have it because I don’t have to go back home and call in to the bank to process my payment. The site is http://www.paymentboss.com.
