Have used Freshbooks in the past but will check out Invoicera as it has much more features. Recently checked zoho’s features too – quite normal though.

I am a big fan of CurdBee when it comes to Invoicing as they do what they promise really well – Invoicing. Besides I really appreciate the fact that their free account doesn’t have any restrictions on number of invoices you can send or clients you can manage compared to most of the other apps mentioned in the above list.
Great list, can I throw Moobiz into the mix, http://www.moobiz.com for a similar price you get all the invoicing and accounting features plus project cost document creation and management, crm, project management and workspace features, plus other business management stuff.

Wow, good to see more services. I personally prefer Zoho Invoice, it has many features like custom templates, recurring invoices and multi currency invoices. The best part is the free plan where I can send 5 invoices for free, it really helps me a lot.
